Fabulous.. the communication was great from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble with answering questions and giving advice, no pushy sales just good suggestions as to what I personally would want and needed. Can't recommend these guys enough. Excellent service, quick delivery and great communication. I could go on and on about how great the hot tub is, but to see it for yourself, need to get one. We ordered ours only with hydro jets no air bubbles and it was enough for us.

Arthur and his team are amazing. We had a bit of a crisis and needed a new hot tub for one of our Holiday Cottages very quickly. Arthur was amazing, he answered all my questions and has a real understanding of his product. Within a week we had a hot tub up and running and looking amazing. And we live in rural Wales. Amazing services through out, from communication at the beginning with answering all my questions, delivery was extremely quick. Quality of tub is brilliant.
